- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled.
- Verification of identity may require a copy of your National ID card or passport.
- 2038 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until age verification is complete.
Account Security
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with others.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out from their accounts.
- Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of others is not allowed.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Terms
Transactions on 2038 are conducted using Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
Deposited funds are credited to your account instantly. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 and, for verified accounts, withdrawal is generally processed within 24 hours.
To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet specific wagering requirements. Bonus terms are detailed separately within each offer.
Information provided during deposits and withdrawals must match the details registered on the account. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

2038 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server failures, or disruptions in third-party services. The platform reserves the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance without prior notice.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Policy
Account Suspension or Closure
2038 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
- If Terms Are Violated
- If Registered with False Information
- In case of involvement in fraudulent activities
- For Legal Investigation Purposes
- At the user's own request
Changes to Third-Party Links & Terms
The 2038 platform may contain links to third-party service providers (game developers, payment gateways). Their own terms and policies apply, and 2038 is not liable for their activities.
2038 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Important changes will be notified to users where possible.
Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are prepared in accordance with international online gaming regulations. Users from Bangladesh are responsible for complying with local applicable laws.
